Project Life: Weeks 1 through 11

I started Project Life 2013 with the idea that I was going to use what I had on hand. I have a remarkable stash of scrapbooking gear: papers, buttons, ribbon, ink, stamps, embellishments, stickels, glitter, glue, pens, markers, stickers, brads, die cuts...I could go on and one. Anyone who's been in my craft room (i.e. the basement) knows this is a fact. However after a few weeks I realized how hard I was working trying to fit my photos into the spots I had. While I love the Lickety Split 9x12 page protectors (with their flips and what not) I realize they weren't practical for this application. I needed a more uniformed layout. One I could count on every week. So I caved and bought Becky Higgins true Project Life pages and it's been smooth sailing every since. Not to mention my logical, square, clean line eye much prefers the consistent layout.
